Khammam - Satyam ani ichchaaru..Infact it was released in Nartaki(main theatre)..I don't remember this movie being released in two theatres in Khammam.

BTW very good info about the movie..Keep up the good work..Keep writing Retro for more and more movies.

The editor of the them leading newspaper Andhra Prabha, Kuchimanchi Satya Subrahmanyam immensely liked this movie especially allu's acting in the movie.It was given a favorable review and it got good mouth of word publicity

I believe this movie was released exactly one week after Khaidi and as result did not become a major hit. Also, Bapu's style of slow narration did not match with Chiru's dynamic performance. Also an interesting note is that very few heriones made their debut opposite Chiru in his entire career and none of them (except Radhika) made it big.

i must say that bapu's direction of this film was tremendous. the way he picturised chirus intro song was on par with today's MTV music albums.

u know recently ""kashmoraa kougilisthe"" song from ""DONGAA"" picture is the most viewed song in youtube .... even michaeljackson fans are embrassed with the dance moments given by CHIRANJEEVI
