Khaidi was released on Dussera 25 years back and created a sensation. It brought star status to Chiranjeevi. A special retro..

wow ..14 movies in a year ... This shows how hard chiru worked in his initial stages to sustain as actor .. every one should agree this fact ..He is geniune hard worker and deserve status of mega star .. None of todays young heros will dare to work so hard bcoz ppl are making them super stars with one hit film in 3-4 years..

Above critic, now I see why this type of articles are interesting to some dummys.
(Probably out of college teens!!)
Krishna acted in 17 movies in a year. In total he acted in as many as >300 movies.
That was the order in those days.
Now a days, the payments are high and hence movie collections should be high enough to meet expenses. Hence less no of movies.
Also the hero competion because we have >10 heros now a days.
In those days only 4 (out of 4, 2 are only leading) So 14 movies a year is not hard work (ofcourse it might look like hard work) but very usual then.

Famous Dance master Saleem (Khaidi is one of the 100s of movies he worked)..passed away on 14th Oct 2011. Pity is none of these telugu media convered the news. He composed dance for NTR, MGR, ANR, krishan, chiru and so on...

Did u notice that Chiru had a release 1 week before and another 1 week after the release of Khaidi? And one of those 2 (Manthri gari Viyyankudu) was an average success too. It was a differnt world those days. We can not imagine such things today.

Amazing....
Nice to know one of my all time favorites, dialogs, action, dance and screenplay are the highlights of this film....
Its good to know that this film made Chiru the star he is today....
It was so good that that the actors then had many number of releases each year and had a chance to play such different characters which can be hardly seen today....
