Great film with some bathroom humour.Amala was the perfect choice. Kamal was adamant not to shave his moustache but made an exception for this film and Nayagan (Nayakudu)nfor the first time and was accepted. Hehad specific clause in his contracts that he will not appear clean shaven. He was afraid that public may rject him. Wonmdreful bck ground score. A lot of input from Kamal from behind . A healthy neat comedy. Hindi rights were bought by actor Rajendra Kumar and was a average success in Hindi.
