Balu (Manoj) takes oath on Sri Rama of Bhadrachalam to return to his village after becoming a big singer. In search of his dream, he goes to Hyderabad. Shravya (Taaspee) an NRI girl comes to do a documentary on folk music. She takes the help of hero in her project and both fall in love. Captain Rao (Mohan Babu) is friend of Shravya�s father (Suman) with whom she stays. Captain Rao is very strict person and always discourages Balu saying that the present generation lack discipline. Balu is selected to a music competition, where Captain Rao is one of the committee members. Rao puts a condition to Balu, if Balu wants his career (music) he should forget about his love (Shravya). Else, he will not be selected for the competition. Balu takes oath on Saraswathi that he will sacrifice his love for the sake of music. How captain Rao tries to spoil their relation and how the hero overcomes all obstacles and wins over her forms remaining part of the film. The plot of the film is not that great. The role of Mohan Babu does not fit in a villain or a character actor. Music and photography score well. Debutant heroine is used for skin show. The home productions of Mohan Babu son�s films never worked in the past. This too may not rock at the box-office.

dude, she is quite opposite when u look her in reality. i think u did not see her in the show room opening function few days ago. she is ugly. any heroine looks awesome in a krr film. krr is a sex maniac and he knows how to show women beautiful.

it's tapsy who steals hearts of audience with this movie, like how divya bharathi stunned us in the film bobbili raja ( many people could'nt able to express the beauty of divya bharathi after seeing bobbili raja ). you can express similarly about tapsy.

Actual ga ee cinema lo Lakshmi and her husband (ofcourse, nobody knows who is that guy and where does he live) act chesi unte hit ayyi undedi.

I wonder why she is not acting in KRR's direction? I really want to see her in his direction!!

See laxmi's photoes in Twitter. U will change ur opinion. No one knows where her second husband is. Not sure if that marraige is flop too.she always talks of her dad, never about her hubby, proving that.
Manoj & vishnu looked better when they are little bit chubby. Unneccasarily they copied jr. Ntr , lost weight and lost their charm.
Kudos to krr who is still getting offers as a director after 35 years of starting as a director.
Mohan babu is a better actor than anyone in his family. Krr or k viswanath better make a musical melody like sankarabharanam with him.

Movie avg.. but taapsi looking Sexy, now doubt abt Taapsi.. she will rock in Tollywood.. Mohan babu action is the -ve for this movie.. i don't know why he taken like that role.... Manoj action is super .. Screenplay dobbindi....

What can we expect from Mohan babu's family? What was the last hit movie under his banner? Peda Raayudu? Now his daughter is poking hands into production..God save Telugu movies from your family. This family is like a pest.

The movie is okay and can be watched once...songs are good...if directed properly the movie would have been a hit rather than an average grosser...Overall we can watch it once that's it..
