What's it about!
Four unemployed youth (JD, Brahmaji, Kevin Dev and Mukul Dev) kidnap a rich guy's daughter Maggie (Tara Alisha) to earn some money and enter into the house of Khan Dada (Brahmanandam) to put her in at his house. Khan Dada, a real estate businessman who lost all his fortunes as the boom gone is no clue what is really happening at his house, as mix of characters - a sales girl, a police officer, a financier, etc. enters into the house resulting chaotic situation.

Analysis

Money Money More Money is sequel to the cult movies - Money and Money Money. The first two films were produced by Ram Gopal Varma and directed by Shiva Nageshwara Rao in which J D Chekraarthy was one of the protagonists and Bhrahmanandam played the role of Khan Dada. J D Chekravarthy took the job of directing sequel to those movies and also played lead role and roped in Brahmanandam in the role of Khan Dada.

But unlike those original movies, this Money 3 relies more on comedy of errors. The film’s idea, obviously taken from JD’s own Hindi film Darwaja Bandh Rakho, looks good but as the film progresses it loses the steam as there are no engrossing elements to hook the audiences. The story is wafer thin and J D Chekravarthy is handicapped by poor writing. That is the major problem with the movie.

Some good comic situations in the beginning and towards the end are saving grace though. More care should have taken in writing.

Performances

J D Chekravarthy and Brahmanandam get more screen space than others though plenty of actors appear in the movie. J D in his role is very natural but Brahmanandam’s comedy doesn’t evoke much laughter. Brahmaji has done well in his role while Gajala is good in a brief role. Nagababu, Chandra Mohan and Shashank do cameo sort of characters. Shashank brings surprise element to the movie. Tara as Maggie is so bad and her performance actually kills the several funny situations.

Comedy movies work when the writing is good especially dialogue should be funnier. But the writer's work in the movie is pretty lame. Among the other technicians, music Chakri's work is average. Production values are neat. As a director J D has chosen good plotline in the lines of Money and Money Money but shot the film well but he should have made it crispier.

Bottom-line

Money Money More Money also deals with the kidnap drama like the earlier Money and Money Movies but it has less comedy than those movies. Some funny situations in the first half evoke good laughs but the movie goes haywire in the second half. On the whole, Money Money Money is average movie.
