For you to be able to write something about spiritual movie, you need to have some basic understanding of what is this all about. Get some eductation (if not spirituality) on what these thousand years of traditions are all about before attempting to write something about them. Life to death is not just a simple activity according to Indian spiritual traditions. For somebody to leave the body with the help of Guru/without the help of Guru, is what these traditions talk about. Go and get some education. i watched movie. people who are praising above did they really watched movie. i dont know whats purpose in making this movie. i admired siva putrudu. what this movie is up too they showing whole life style of beggars. i dont like to argue i just say guys who really praising just go and watch if u have guts watch till end of movie. i watched 2-3 jandyala movie immediately to over-write thoughts of this movie.

realism is always bitter.

and bala has shown the real scenes and the real emotions of beggers.

so it will always be hard to digest.

forget the commertial aspects. this movie is not going to collect anywhere close to the so called superstar movies.

but only these kind of movies can project south indian cinema to national level and indian cinema to international level.

go and watch irania, korean and french movies. you will understand what movie making is and how much have these directors struggled to match them.

njoy the essence of the movie...dont look for commertiallity ..and a piece of advice to all...please don't take ur kids to the theatre ..they might cry out of fear looking at certain scenes(though those scenes are based on the same age group chidren !!) ...also faint hearted women stay away ..this movie is not for you peopl....

please ban TAMIL dubbed movies in telugu.I can not even bear trailers of dubbed movies

please go and tell this to your money-hungry telugu producers and distributors.

M not sure whether you really watched movie with its merit or its mere visit to the theatre and righting something on own. One thing is clear, you have poor sense on writing about this movie.

To all the people who have criticized Telugu movies in general.

Every language has some bad that doesn't mean all the movies of the language are bad. I love NTR Sr.s acting and also ANR's. But also love Sivaji Ganeshan's acting also that of Nagesh. Dont try to divide Indians.

Jaathi, Kulam, Bhasha kanna Desham minna. Naa bhasha kosam padi chastha kaani deshapu Anna thammullanu champanu. (Country is greater Caste or Language. I will die for my language but I won't kill my brothers who belong to this country).

Great movie. But too much of violence. Telugu cinema needs more movies like this. Next time..no dub movies...just straight telugu movies like this.

A:Can you watch an Aghori eating Human's flesh and their activities for two and half hours?If u say it is only for 10 mins and what is Arya?Is he not an Aghori?

A:The people or children whom u saw in the movie are called as ASHTAVKRA. Bala wanted to show how people or making money with these innocent people.
4.Or about a disgruntled son taking revenge on their parents?
A:Rudra,as a son does not take a revenge. He is an Aghori and he should not have any relationship. And thats y he is being picturised like that.
5.No clarity in the movie.
A:Actually,there is no clarity in ur mind.
6.Granting �maranam� to the heroine with whom he doesn�t have any attachment in the first place. She is not his lover nor she related to him nor does they develop a bond or friendship. Then how does he got disheartened to return to Kasi?
A:U r right! He does not have any connection with the lady nor with the family. It is mentioned twice in the movie that "Those who doesn't deserve to live,'maranam' is a 'shaap' to them and those who struggle to live as pooja 'maranam' is a 'varam'. Observe the movie clearly...
7.What is purpose in coming to his village � just to grant �maranam� to a blind girl?
A:He never wished to come to the Village. His father did so. And as u say, the purpose is to cut off all relationships that is attached with him.
8. If the girl wants to end life she could easily do on her own and why would she seek it from Rudra?
A:According to Hindu Mythology,'Aatmahatya-Suicide' is a 'paap' Hence she approaches Rudra for that. And the remaining is the answer above.

To the person who wrote "Marthand-Aham Bramhasmi" Naaku Annagaru anna, Chiru gaaru anna gowravame.Latest ga Mahesh kooda ok. U know only copying of other language films and u never encourage films like these and u encourage heroins who hardly wears kerchiefs and unnatural fights like hero jumping heights and fights with 300 people as u saw in Stalin.
Now u have kitaali faces like Allu Arjun. Rajini who has a International fame. And the Oswar winner AR Rehman is from Kollywood.. We have our own stories n minds.
Music director Ilayaraja must also be considered for ur so called CHARTBUSTERS..
This not to tell that Kollywood is best but to make u to realise that Tamil film industry is not WASTE.. And the heroes r the makers of History. Young generation heroes like Surya,Ajith,and many others. Don't try to divide Tamil,Telugu or any other language.. We are one... Dont divide our country for small issues of movies........

its a f.....d movie.its a big disaster in tamil also. and tamil people should know that dandanaka and kuthu songs will be hit in tamil. coz they are still local peopl.they will like vaala meeenu, kathal.they think that these are natural. but we see films for entertainment. we can watch beggers througt our city itself. and in movie we want to see what we cannot see in our life. so stop teasing other people. we are indians and in inia telugu people are the one who watches other language films and also encourage them. whereas tamil people are always selfish and they think that only they want their people to get everything. if telugu people strike upon tamil films then there will be no market for tamil cinema. the budget will be not more than 20 crores coz most of the financiers of tamil films are telugu people only.
