well.... the movie is replica of hollywood movie A WALK TO REMEMBER...

well ....... the movie is good at first half but the second half is very bad. and music is good for only 3 songs . comedy track is very bad. shamili is the main drawback for the movie . she looks ugly when she wear spectallurs.

this movie is paisa vasool just for the songs. povodhe prema...love at first sight...seheri songs are too good.

now can you tell the same about that other movie audio with gaddam babu?

Movie - 1st half decent 2nd half slow.

Ok!!!Now the honeymoon is over for siddharth..........he has to come put of the lover boy image.heard he puts in a lot of effort so much so that it disturbs the directors vision...not good for him if true....and comin to shamili,she's deemed unanimously UNFIT for telugu audience.

As expected Shamili is a big let down. She can settle for aunty/vadina roles.

IF SOME1 OF UR RELATIVES IS ABOUT TO DIE IN 5-6 DAYS, WILL U TAKE HIM/HER TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT OR TO KASI/OOTY/KULL-MANALI FOR A TRIP?



There are no "mushy" scenes or "great" visuals or "believable" characters in this movie and nothing is heart touching.

The CLIMAX in no way can make u cry but will help get a HEADACHE.

Heroine SHAMILI was OK(not glamourous) but her charcter was boring n bakwas: writing a dairy in the pub/Kasi trip/numerology/puja.
She was more a patient than a heroine.
I guess she prefers/is best playin
characters that die at the end.

Hero SIDDHARTH's acting was OK, but his character was repetitious n lacked the punch.
A talented hero, although his choice of movies still continues to SUCK.

The concept of giving a gift for every single month was fine, albiet i feel it was not an idea of the director/ writer and that it was copied from somewhere else.

No chemistry between the hero-heroine or other characters.

COMEDY track was horrible and illogical n no way connected to the movie; hitting n kicking someone is not so funny.

SUNIL n his Policy agent had no connection with the movie.

Hero's friend(i guess Krishnudu) and
RAAS BIHARI --> only GOD knows why they were in the movie.

IN THE SHIP----> ALI n the KID cud not make any1 laugh.

IN THE TRAIN---> Bamma gets her frustration out on Kotiga(Thatha)
after smoking some weed coz she had realised that true happiness was in enjoyin every small n single moment.
I DONT KNOW WHAT WAS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS N HW DOES SOME1(Bamma) SUDDENLY COME TO SUCH A REALISIZATION AND WHY SHE RAN ALL OVER THE TRAIN. IT WAS REALLY STUPID ALTHOUGH A BIT FUNNY.

DIRECTOR's try was worth noticing but not commendable due to a degraded story.

SONGS were good to hear but cud ve been better if NON-TELUGU singers were avoided.

DIALOGUES were DULL, BORING n APATHETIC.

1st half was bearable but during the 2nd half i was waiting for it to get over.

WEAK N BLURRED STORYLINE IS A DRAWBACK.
INFACT THERE IS NO STORYLINE.

Anyways, A BIG FLOP N WASTE OF MONEY.

Well, movie is a big disappointment!! Except for some good songs there is nothing in it. I think Siddhartha signed for this movie by just looking at the scope for performance in this role. Shamilini is a big minus for this film. I dont know if this is a concious effort by the director to give her a deglamourized look to justify her character.

Siddhartha has made a mark that he is a good family entertainer by his previous films. He should be careful from now on in gaurding that image. If not very soon he will fade away. He should sign the movies not just looking at some performance scenes. He should understand that audience come to watch an entertaining movie.

For Shamili, I feel pity for her. She shouldnt have selected this movie as a debut movie if she thought of making a serious career in film industry.

And for the director, he should use his mind in writing scenes, if he has one. Though a debutant one should glad Bhaskar for his creative mind in his Bommarillu. All the newcomers should such level of expertise otherwise their experience will be like this film.... A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT..

All the scenes in this movie are illogical, silly and far from reality. Film makers please use your brains before coming up with your ideas.

All eyes are now on MAGADHEERA. I hope it will not be a disappointment especially because it is a product of SS Rajamouli. Ram Charan should be glad to his father, because he is getting opportunities from big direction houses just on his father's image and nothing else. He should live up to the expectations. Music for MAGADHEERA is average but I am sure audience will love it when they see on screen. Best of Luck to whole MAGADHEERA Unit.

may be with some illogical points in the storyline... ayina ilantivi anni common ayipoyaayi evvala repu cinemallo...movie chusedi entertainment kosame kada brothers...manakem kotha kaadu... intha kanna chetta logics unna cinemalu superhits ani andaru antunnaru...
adhi tollywood ayinaa bollywood ayinaa hollywood ayinaaa...

so guys go just enjoy this movie ...

shamili is just apt for the role with her acting credentials already proven as a child artist.. if she wants to go ahead in her carrer need to putdown some punds...

If you go to this movie with expectations then it might be a letdown but after watching films like maska, boni, prayanam, evaraina eppudaina, i say its a relief. After all, i just spent 50 rs.

The first thing i would like to talk abt is the music. The audio was hit, and i was raring to see the visuals and am happy with the way they were shot except for "i am waiting for you". The best picturized song is "povvode prema".

Yuvan shankar raja has still to concentrate on background music. The background score was gud but was not continuous. You can realize this when the heroine says "neenu nee family lo TEA kaaleka pothunna ani baada paduthunna". The score was minimal when she utters that dialogue but when she says "naaku chanipovaalani leedu" in the very same scene, the score comes loud only to spoil the mood but not to lift the emotions.

Sidharth maintained Rang De Basanti looks in the entire second half. His action in the second half was gud ven compared to first half. The heroine fits the role best. She did 100 % justice to the role. I remem "Idlebrain" jeevi saying "she should have covered her dark circles", Mad Bas.., is a cancer patient going to die gorgeous ? She doesnt make any moves in the first 2 songs, though she shakes her legs a bit in the 3rd or 4rth song. She has to shed-down a bit.

Not accepting with wat JP has said, the journey part was not bad, you need to have a casual approach to appreciate it. The comedy in the second half was gud, the hilarious part was the "Chatrapathi"
ring tone reminding Sunil his past.

Finally, the climax was perfect.

Movie over all is Ok... First half with three songs made for the fist half intresting...... ... second half is a big let down especially ( train episode is absolute rubbish)..... and again the climax is too good...

Siddharth, and the director, there is no hard core rule that movie should run for 3 hours, u cld have lade this movie in 2 hour 10 mins also and made it more short and sweet ( as said by siddharth).

the movie is good &clean. today's people don't watch and judge the meaning of the story.

The movie is really good. Don't follow the bad reviews given for this movie. Especially the concept of 12 gifts is too touching. Songs and picturization is very good.
Even I heard bad talk about it but I watched it just like that. But, it's a good family entertainer and pleasant movie. Not at all commercial. A very good attempt and we should encourage these kind of good & decent movies, rather than going for stereo type of movies... If you say it's copy of Gitanjali (just because of tragedy), what about our Telugu movies condition now?
"Hero from poor family. Heroine from rich background. Brother or Father of heroine will oppose. one fight.. one chase.. one masala song... finally hero & heroine will be together.. that's it" I am pity about the people who expects all these stereo type of movies..

Do not compare MAGADHEERA and OY!
MAGADHEERA is having high technical values and heavy budget movie. It has history background and concept of "Punarjanma".
OY is a medium budget movie and love story.. OY is kind of movie which is sensitive and only people who know pleasure being in LOVE can feel it.
Frankly speaking, Charan is new-comer and has impressions of Chiranjeevi.
Siddhardh is proven actor in national level (acted in Bollywood) movies.
Comparison can be possible between two equally experienced actors...
Just due to respect on Chiranjeevi, so many people are praising Charan.
We wish the MAGADHEERA should be a great success, but don't have huge expectations on MAGADHEERA until it's release, dear friends...

I do agree with you buddy.. Though they copied frames of an English movie, the taking is good. The picturization is good in songs especially.
Now a days, we have so many remakes, dubbed movies coming into Telugu...
We know, but still we are watching them... :)
I felt, OY is a kind of movie which has no/less vulgarity/westernisation... You can count the good number of pictures that released in recent past, in fingures.

Hi, the script is good. Direction is poor. Director could not get the best out of the cast.

I am a tamil guy, I started watching telugu movies only for Siddharth. Please dont compare him with ram charan, siddharth is a very talented simple man while the later is reverse ;).
