Chai is a very young lad and looks boyish naturally...what is there to take care of his looks. you will understand what I am saying If you look back all the telugu stars in the their young aged debuts. Even in the context of the movie, he has not tried to potray a hunk role or action packed commercial hero.
Please watch the movie with sheer interest on film aspects. You will be able to appreciate the specifics in a better way.

This is the worst movie of theyear. Thereis no story, decent performance, above average songs and confused charcters. I would not recommend this movie at all. "Ye Maaya..'s format and the style of narration is not cut out for the Telugu audience, who like more apparent, clearly stated love stories. Any ways, there is nothing incredible about the way the thinking of the key characters is delineated, which if done, would have helped the film to an extent. The more the situations grow subtle, the less the film seems clear and bearable. The paradox is that, even though the hero is voluble throughout, his story doesn't connect to us much.

Performance-wise, Naga Chaitanya's acting is, to put it mildly, inadequate. He doesn't show the rage and the frustration of a lover. In fact, he doesn't seem to make a try. Samantha is good-looking as well as perfectly fits the role. Krishnudu, playing himself, is okay.

Technically, the film boasts of good music and background score (AR Rahman) and the cinematography is fantastic.

It is very obvious from above that reviewers from Idlebrain, Greatandhra and Telugucinema do not deserve a benefit of doubt for publishing genuine reviews.

I am yet to watch the movie, but would remain unbiased until then. Notwithstanding the fact, I don't think NC is a charmer at all. His dad's money might give him the platform, and many more films (read duds) until one succeeds, and we have to be take all this nonsense thrown at us. Few participants from this forum may not agree with me, but let me remind all of them that, we rejected Ramesh Babu but heartily embraced Mahesh Babu. We rejected Tarakaratna. We are carefully observing RCT, but have been promoting All Arjun. So, it is only talent, and talent alone that triumphs, regardless of origin, wealth or anything else.

Came out feeling it is another Johnny at the box-office. The difference is you can sit through this movie because of nice locations and heroin and music as well.

I came out confused about the movie and why it was made like this. You almost constantly see hero and heroin talking all the time. Everyone at the preview show in Virginia seemed to have felt like us as there were many who constantly entertained us with timely funny comments during the movie. I thought that was the best part of the movie.

Hope all those web reviews are genuine.

Went to the movie last night after reading reviews. Its one of the WORST movies i saw in my life.

Alright...I watched the movie last night. Man, few minutes into the movie...and the torture promptly starts. These "sell out" reviewers must be taken to task. I gave them a benefit of doubt in my previous post, but it is 100% obvious they took money to fool us. There is a line in the movie where Chaitu says, "You showed me your middle finger and left". Well, while walking out of the theatre, that is exactly what I felt like doing, show my middle finger to Gautham Menon, reviewers and Chaitu.

Mr. Reviewer, just because a movie departs from the usual, it doesn't qualify to be good or to be a classic.

PS: I firmly believe Chaitu would follow suit the path of Ramesh Babu. No doubts.

Just watched this movie last night!

My opinion is this is not a movie. Its just a life lived by 2 people in love.

This movie might appear dragged and boring for people who expect typical cinematic format of love and mass stories like Arya, Devdas, Adurs etc...but in real life these stories cannot be imagined...but YMC is a kind of love story..that anybody can connect right away as if its happening in real life.

Its just like some real scenes in life put on screen

But me, I felt flatly in love with this movie. Vow! What a perofrmance by Chaitu and Samantha!!

Many of you who have a girl friend or wife should have relaized how fickle minded girls are...this accept was very beautifully shown in this movie and Samantha came up with a cute and fabulous performance portraying this fickel minded nature...Chaithu reacted like a typical guy...Even girls can learn about how guys in general think by looking at Chaithu...

All the love scenes between the lead pair are way too real and nostalgic if you have a better half in your life...

What can I say, YMC is all about Love, Love, Love.....I saw this movie last night..this movie keeps haunting me still now... I cannot come out of this movie...my wife went to India for a small trip.. and I just can't wait for her to come back...

I will watch this movie once again with my wife and tease her for their(girls in general) fickle minded nature...

The reviews for this movie are just paid reviews. Do not get fooled by them. This movie is a 2 and half hours of relentless torture. Many times not only the dialogues, the scenes themselves repeat. In fact the moview could have ended in first 30 minutes itself. By then the love between the boy and girl is established(..not in true sense ..b'cause it was only lust and there isn't a single romantic scene to prove it was actually love..Hero actually mentions that he wanted to make love (f..k) her all the time) and what was left was either to convince parents are elope. They elope after 2 hours, without convincing anybody, including the unfortunate audience. In between practically nothing happens.You can not imagine how , dumb, dull the moview is..No comedy track..no message..just average music..This movie is hardly a 2.5/5 kind of stuff..

Sometimes you don't the kick of the film when you watch it for the first time. When I watched it for the first time I felt that certain dialogues were inappropriate esp. when chaitu says "I wanna make love to you all the time", cuz that doesn't justify his love for her (lust or love ?). I felt the second half was too lengthy and the background score was good but it did not last in my mind for too long. I watched it again today, it(background score) has a drug like effect on me, it doesn't leave my mind, I feel like watching it again.

Man, the movie is slick, hollywood-style making. Hats-off to GVM and the photography was top notch. When I first listened to the songs I felt Rehman doesn't suit certain directors (keeping in mind the combination of GVM and Harris Jairaj). After watching the movie I was proven totally wrong. Rahman takes away the credit from everyone else. I liked the way he used rock music ("Jessi's driving me crazy") whenever she breaks Jerri's heart. Ee hridayam is an awesome tune and the way the director uses the tune when Jerri's reaches goa gave me goosebumps :)

Nag Chaitanya can't be better man, he was so natural, it was like a cakewalk to the guy. Funny thing was the guy couldn't just dance and every time he has to dance he just escapes by sitting in a car or riding a bike :D

Samantha was just amazing, thanks for choosing her over Trisha (NOM to Trisha fans). She just slipped into the role easily and the husky voice of Chinmayi suited her well.

Krishnudu was good. The one thing I din't like in the movie was the marriage after they meet accidentally. I was not satisfied by that.

Tidbit - I feel a couple would enjoy the movie better :) Don't miss to watch it if you a gf

YMC is cute love story. First half is awesome. Second half is good. Over all it is a must watch movie. Chaitu did splendid job. The pair in telugu is fresh looked very good unlike in tamil where chemistry is lacking.

simbhu acting is excellent and realistic in tamil VINNAITHAANDI VARUVAAYA. In telugu nag chaithu acting is not good and film is also too slow in second half,so the film is below avg

I saw both movies. Telugu version is far better than VV. NC and Samanta brought fragrance to the movie. That charm and freshness is lacking in tamil version Simbu and Trisha looked jaded and pale

We saw this in Connecticut. The only entertaining part in the entire movie was..audience comments on practically every dialogue and scene. We entered 7 minutes after the start. By then the Hero already fell in love and in a day dream song. What happended before was..practically nothing, my fiend told. Hero saw the girl upstairs and fell in love. Thats all. In return, the girl just accepts the kisses in a train after 30 mins and fell in love too. Lust is the more appropriate word though. They are left with two options at that point. Either to run away or convince parents. They ran away at the end, which they could have done very easily in the first half of the first half itself. The girl alternatively says she is all for love-no more love-love again-no more-love-no-yes-no-yes--------no.yes and yes finally. film ends.
Sush a BS of a movie.Shame on the reviewers and those who believe there is something mystic, subtle, pure, blah..blah..in it. There isn't a single romantic scene in it.Not even a single scene that establishes why they(perticularly the girl) love so much each other.The only reasons I could conceive is a)proximity b)they have nothing else to do. Neither of the lead actors has any depth in acting. Other characters are hardly recognisable and fit in to stereotypes. Like parents are always unreasonable..lack commensense..trigger happy.No punch in dialogues..neither hero nor heroine complete a sentence while talking. Every dialogue embedded with a confusion mark in it..more so with the girl . If this what some interpret as this movie shows the complex nature of a girls..hell with your mad thinking. An insane person or a terrorist can also be equally complex. You don't make a pure , subtle, credible love story out of them. May be some do..but this director surely lacks that ability.

I tend to believe all these reviews are paid reviews.

Dark Story behind 'Ye Maya Chesaave' Reviews

After watching the film, I understood that it will be disgusting for many and appeals for a set of youth audiences those love story narration with class elements. On a whole I thought the film deserves just 1.75/5 maximum. But every film critic has given 3.5 and more and that shocked me. I want to reveal certain facts in this connection.



I know what had happened that day. BA Raju, the Public Relations Officer of the film arranged that exclusive show for Press and invited everyone. His main concern is with Idlebrain, greatandhra and telugucinema. He told that if those three websites give hit rating, the film runs well in multiplexes for sure as it�s targeted for those audiences. Initially he wanted to bribe them as well. He arranged a few people in theatre to clap at certain scenes and also openly appreciate two to three scenes. Unfortunately I�m one among those 7 sages.



Jeevi of idlebrain was an absentee for the show and that brought tensions for BA Raju. On the other hand, he doubted if Sirasree and Jalapathy also put the movie upside down with below average rating. Then he instigated his infiltrators inside the theatre to express kudos with more intensity. The infiltrators acted wonderful and they got succeeded in psychologically influencing the reviewers to look an average movie as a hit one.



Sirasri said coming out from theatre �it�s good�. That made BA Raju confident. He thought Sirasri will give 3.25. And Jalapathy said �very good�. BA Raju assumed he too will give 3.25 or more. Then he started enquiring about Jeevi, the missing elite reviewer whose reviews influence box office collections. Fingers were crossed by BA Raju.



That was around 1:30 when Sirasree uploaded his review in greatandhra with 3.5 rating. Biggest fun is he changed his reviewing style and wrote a big drama. I laughed reading at that. What made stupid sirasree feel such emotional to write in that way for a nonsensical movie. I wondered it will be the only highest rating for the film. Within few moments I looked at telugucinema and idiot jalapathy also gave 3.5. funny! An average film has got hit rating by two websites!! . Then I heard about jeevi�s rating at around 4:30. he watched 11 o clock show in a theatre outside. I got collapsed with shock. That damn f----r gave 4/5.



But I heard when my friend was talking.... that US distributors bribe the reviewers with 2500 USD for 0.25 Extra rating and 5000 USD for 0.5 extra as their collections are completely dependent on Ratings.



BA Raju was the happiest person in world that night. He enjoyed big party with all of us. He simply said, �if jeevi gives 4 then there is nothing to think about the film. It�s a rocking hit�.



All other chamcha websites and blogs copied reviews from these sites and gave 3.5 and ratings madly.



This is the story of �3 Idiots� those played with the pockets and peace of thousands of film lovers. The people those watched the movie looking at their ratings are holding their heads and coming out. The stupid film deserves just 1.75, I�m telling once again.

josh gave nightmares to this so-called hero and his father. now they started giving nightmares to both again that they can't digest the news that they are not talented, but dumped heroes.

They keep on making movies becoz they got good money just like mohanbabu's sons. Who knows one day they may click with 1 of their 10-15 movies :D no josh, no acting and only hammering.

I watched this movie in North Bergen last Friday. We went to 10:30pm show after going through rave reviews in almost all the web-sites. To my surprise the hall was full (unusual for a late night show on Friday) and could find out from many that they all came after watching the reviews. All the reviews said Gowtham Menon did some maaya ... but truly the reviewers did the maaya.

I should admit the movie is different ... but as all differently taken movies are not good, this movie is also not good.

One reviewer has specifically written even the titles were presented in a very nice way. I can say the titles are shown for the sake of showing ... nothing interesting aspect in that. For the first 30 mins or so audiences kept quite as every one was expecting something spectacular is going to come. The wait was not worth. After 40-45 mins, audiences started commenting and laughing as the movie progressed. Some of the comments were similar to others have already posted. Many people were just scolding Jeevi for giving 4/5 while leaving the theater.

Though Naga Chaitanya should be commended for taking up a story like this, he is definitely not up to the mark. He cannot act ... period. Or should say his face doesn't speak the emotions. Some one commented out that it is under play of the character. But this is not surely under play. Though I am not a fan of Mahesh Babu ... you should see what means near to underplay from his Athadu. Its difficult for him to get along with current trend of heroes, if he doesn't hone his acting and dancing skills.

Samantha was okay. But she could not hold her body or face while delivering dialogues. This was really distracting. But for a relatively new comer the action is fine. I really don't agree with the gossip sites that she will go places and she is ravishingly beautiful. She is another glam doll.

Coming to director .. he is the culprit for making this boring movie. How can you characterize a women working in Wipro (should be around 24-25 years) to be so fickle minded and cannot make decisions? I am afraid what will happen to software companies who recruit such kind of people. Also director doesn't know the meaning between making love and being in love. He looks to convey that urban youth are after women for lust only. I really don't understand how come a kiss with rather a stranger would make a woman fall in love. If its so simple every guy would have a girl he likes. It looked like by trying to make this cinema in trading a different path, he tried filling in the gaps with repetitive screens rather than coming up with something more creative. Audiences really get bored when the heroine could be decide with a series of Yes and Nos. She is rather shown in rather non-accommodating nature (usually most women or not). Though there is this age gap which was shown as an obstacle for their love, the director quietly ignored the same. If director himself doesn't think that is relevant for this movie, there is no reason why he should introduce that aspect. If the heroine is so stubborn not to marry the hero why the story should have a so called happy ending. This really didn't jell well with tone of the movie. Above all the hero/heroine could not add liveliness/naturality to some of the scenes whereas seasoned actors could have done a lot of difference. This way may be the director was unlucky in this aspect.

Music was above average from maestro Rehman. As some one commented in these posts, I may not be a big fan of Rock. But from the popular sense, the music fails his standards. From a big director like Gowtham you can surely expect better photography and it is there.

I cannot say there are no interesting aspects of the movie ... but there are too less. The scenes looks repetitive which has tested the interested of the audiences.

I saw some comparisons between Leader and this movie in these posts. Though these two movies belong to two different genres, Leader is definitely a well-made film for the genre it is in. May be he could not give a realistic solution to the problems, at least women were not degraded. The current day scenario of politics was depicted in a very honest way.

As some people are classifying those non-likers of this movie as tasteless fellows, I admit I don't have the taste you posses and so do all the audience in that particular show (around 100+). It have nothing in it to enthuse either the classes or the masses.

All in all the movie doesn't deserve the rating that reviewers have given.

What surya stated above is exactly right.. This movie sucks.... grow up MR. Naga chaitanya, you have lot of competition from other young heroes... pls wake up!

No matter what you guys say, NC and Samantha had made their mark( a thumping one!!!!) bringing jitters in the pants of Chiru family fans.

Majority of the guys(esp, girl and ladies) that watched the movie are saying NC and Samntha showed a fabulous performance.

Regarding the movie, the cash boxes are ringing big tme and its already a blockbuster in the limited centers it released.

YMC is an excellent movie. NC and Samanta are awesome. Music is soothing and photography is eyefeast. Break from routine boring movies. Very pleasant movie. The movie is big hit in all centres despite exams season. If such kind of movies do not appeal the collections would drop drastically from second day onwards. On the contrary the crowds are increasing day by day. YMC will definitely sway its magic at box office.

I haven't seen such a dumb, boring, idotic movie in ages. In fact that was the common opinion of who ever care to express their opinion in the theatre. Right after first 30 or so minutes..audience started to grow uneasy. story is not moving..senseless characterization..very ordinary dialogues..no comedy..no twists..nothing. everybody scoled the reviewes..the consenses was these are all paid reviews.

The best lovestory in recent years. Rocking at box office. Even at mass centres like Nellore, the movie is drawing houseful collections. Repeated audinace especially youth. The movie has infused oxygen and energy in young lovers.

I do not understand what these directors and review idiots are upto. The chaitanya guy can not act for dogs . just because he comes from a family line of actors does not make him one. This is the most wasted time of 4hrs in my life. It is not worth watching such pitiful acting. The girl samantha is much better than the guy who is so desperate to become a star . He just does not have it. The jeevi review guy is out of his mind. I seriously question his credentials and whether he is bought out or not . I will never ever trust this idiots opinions. This movie has nothing to offer. Love comes from experiences that 2 people built upon and shared feelings. THE PHYSICAL ATTRACTION DISAPPEARS after a couple of lays. So grow up you dumb reviewer. this was the most wasted time in my life watching a movie that the director did not know where he was going with the story line. Guys, don't go by what the reviews say. Everyone loves good love stories and any well made movie. This film simply doesn't fall into that category. If it was made in to an hour long movie, it would have been bearable. But at 2 and half times more longer, the film, story, characters and charectarization and every other aspect streched so thin one would sure feel bored. More so in seconf half obviousely. poor acting, plain narration and not so great Music didn't help much.

guys! stop blaming the reviewers, Chaitu and the people who liked this movie if you didn't connect with this.

As someone said, this movie is not for every one.

This is the only movie which I have seen with people commenting on extreme ends of the spectrum.

But good thing for this movie is majority of the people connected with this and this is clearly shown in the collections its getting in A and B centers. In some centers, the tickets are still going in black.

Personally, I belong to the spectrum which loved the movie. I just couldn't come out of the movie even after watched it 3 times. I am not a Nag family fan also and never watched a Goutam menon movie before.

Menon kicked me in the heart right away and this movie is so close to my real life love story but my life has a tragic climax off course. The 1st love is so powerful that even after 10 years we have been parted and both of us married different persons, I just couldn't forget her. But I stopped contacting her ever since.

What ever it is, this is real life and we need to move on. I moved on and now I love my wife more than anyone else but my 1st love remained as a sweet memory.

The beauty of the movie, the direction is so natural and realistic, and performances by Chaitu and Samantha are terrific and majority of dialogues in this movie looked like my life is repeating on screen.

Those who are attuned to loud movies and flashy movies may not like tender movies like YMC.Some are commenting becoz they like other heros. What ever may be their contrived comments YMC is rocking and it got connected to all the sections of audiance. Chaitu and Samanta are awesome pair. Iam not fan of Chaitu yet i liked him in YMC. The guy is very simple and gives you boy next to your door feeling. The plus point in this movie is his diction and his subtle feelings for love.

How you guys conclude, those who didn't like this movie are attuned to loud and flashy movies. I hate such movies for your kindful information.
Do not prejudge others as if you know them. You simply do not know what I like and don't like. As simple as that.
YMC is a dumb movie in my opinion and I can reiterate the same again and again. Some may not agree, which is fine.

Unlike many I didn't like even the heroine much. My wife disagreed with me initially but she changed her mind when she saw those photos of Samantha in TC today. She is after all below average at best. In the movie she was shown in best angles., yet it is not difficult to observe that she was not really a beauty even by a longest shot.

Regarding the hero the less sais the better. Saying that he acted well is a joke. And it doesn't help comparing him with his earlier movie and conclude that he improved a lot. Why should we compare in the first place?. Do we need to see his first movie to enjoy his acting in this movie? How silly it is.

Regaring story..there is nothing. regarding characters..they are characterless basically. How many times the heroine agrees-disagrees-agrees-disagrees-loves-hates-hates-loves---in the movie. You call that depicting complex nature of her? Sorry..I am not so dumb to buy such idiotic behavior.

I don't get why hero falls in love just by looking at her. Not even a single romantic scene or conflict scene or justification for such love. He doesn't care that she is elder, doesn't care he himself was not settled in life, doesn't care that neither of their parents agree..in fact what all he cares is just lust on that girl in the name of love. Director didn't take even a milli second to establish his love but went on to stretch the rest of the (non) story for hours.
Heroine..do you really think she has a character? How come she treats him as younger brother in one scense and enjoy the oppertunistic kisses from that younger brother in next few minutes. On one side she appears she cares her family and on the other side she doen't really. At the end she didn't really convince her parents, but simply elope with the younger brother to get f..d. You call this nonsense as love.

Other characters are so ordinary and stereo typical. Parents never understand kids..they always quarrel among themslelve and act like worse than their kids..is this the characterization one expects from the so called great movie?

From you lengthy post, I can understand you seem to look for logic(esp. what do you gain from anything) in every decision you make including matters related to love.

Well! Most of the times love happens at first sight. You don't why but you just feel it. It could be infatuation and it could be true love. If its infatuation, it will just fade away but if its true love, it will stay for ever even after the people part . And this is exactly what is showed in this movie after they part fro 2 years and once they meet they are more in love than ever.

Regarding Samantha, she is an angel for me and majority of audience who fell in her maya..
Beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder. Well if you think she is average, keep that opinion for yourself but you cannot balme people who loved her.

Regarding her indecisive nature, well thats very common in most of the average middel class family girls who were brought up in an orthodox family. Thats exactly the beauty and focus of this whole movie. How an average middle class and orthodox girl overcomes her fears about her family and society for her love. This is a very common human nature.Most of the people are not courageous by birth. Courage devolops over a period of time and thoughts swinging back and forth. Love is very strong and powerful emotion which can bring out courage out of an average middle class and orthodox family girl like Samantha. Menon was exactly stressing on this point and this is what the movie is about.

Your review and opinion doesn't really looks like you are talking from your heart. Your email is showing how much hatred you have towards someone in this movie. If my thought are right, may be you hate Nag's family and you cannot digest that Chaitu has become a star with this movie.

Irrespective of what you comment or criticize, this movie is already a big time block buster and cash boxes are ringing big time in all A and B centers..

Few clarifications before you continue looking thru read between the lines analysis of other's opinions.
1.I have been living in US since last 12 years, and deffinately do not have any strong bias towards any hero or his kith and kin. Because I care a damn. The entertainment available here is far too varied to think about the hero of a Telugu movie and his family. If I like it I say I like it. Never once I mentioned or compared the YMC hero with anybody. He doesn't know acting . As simple as that. He will sure improve in future which I agree though.
2. I do not know where did you pick the words that I assumed whoever don't like this (junk) movie as dumb. Can you educate me where did I say that.

3. Why do I care if it is a big hit in A or Z centers. In fact when I watch NTR and ANR in post 70'S hit movies in color I often wonder how people liked them. Majority of those films look cartoonish..those costumes..steps..grand daughter age heroines..lipsticks and clolored tongue..gaudy make up..OMG. With few exceptions, those movies are not bearable if you watch today. Bottom line is still they were hits because they catered to the tastes of those times. Yet that doesn't change my opinion that they were badly made. Same way, YMC didn't appeal to my taste. Ffew may like it and thats fine with me.

Now come to the movie..logic..blah..blah..What Logic does Avatar or Jurassic Park or almost all of Pixar's movies have? But I liked them all. However I couldn't bear Harry potter or Lord of the Ring series though equally illogical. Rest assured you can safely believe that I am not looking at logic in the sense that every scene should fit into a certain mathematical model or cater to your brain cells all the time. However if such creative liberty is streched to the extent that it becomes ridiculous..then I have aproblem.
YMC is one such ridiculous movie. If a romantic movie doesn't establish the love, then I do not know how to empathize with the agony of the characters. Frankly I see only lust..just physical attraction in tune witheir tender age.
Regarding heroines's characterization...I didn't like the way the movie prolonged for hours becaue the heroine doesn't have a single opinion on anything. She loves the family..yet do not mind breaking the rules. She is for family's legacy, name , prestige etc.. yet she doesn't mind humiliating them before everybody by disapproving the marriage with the boy that his father has chosen, in the last possible minute. just before they exchange rings in Church .She promises her father not to see the boy again, only to break it next minute. She says she will treat the boy as his younger brother yet she confesses she fell in love with him as soon as she saw him first time. She insists tha they were only firnds and nothing else exist..and accepts phusical intimacy at the first oppertunity. What sort of story telling is this?
Sorryy.. I can't accept this nonsense as love. If the director can't differentiate between friendship and love interest, love and lust, indecisiveness and frickleness..I take it as bad movie making.

Added to such messup..there is no relief in anyform.it is 90% two character movie. Dialogues are so ordinary. if you observe most of the times the boy and girl do not look into each other's face when they talk. They turn their heads away ..may be to express frustation or whatever. I don't get that piece either.

And how come the boy finds the girl wherever she is on earth.?

I can write on and on..Never I wrote any opinion on any movie anywhee. But for this movie..we cancelled our weekend schedule to attend a function to see this dumb movie purely based on reviews and ratings.
thats why this herat burn. Not only me , 8 families have come with us..and all of us felt we ruined our weekend and loathed the movie and the reviewrs.

YMC is not a MOVIE movie...

It's real life put on screen....

There will be lot of girls(even boys to sometimes) like Jesse at that age(20-24)
who are really confused and indecisive about what they want...The emotions keep changing contrastingly and its an ongoing struggle untill they reach some level of maturity which usually happens from 27-32 years...

There is no 2 ways about this movie...

You will either connect or not connect...period.

You could be one of the lucky few who are very clear and decisive at an young age but that's not the same with everyone...

Anyways, majority cnnected and so this movie is a classic and a block buster....

The most boring movie I have seen in recent times and this gets 3.5 as the rating. You shud be kidding. I will give this movie just 2 for its cinematography and songs. Nag Chaitanya has to improve a lot rather, he has to do aa lot to catch Ram Charan Tej.
The heroine rocks, I think she is only saving grace for this movie.

To all who don't like naga chaitany,
He has got better acting skills but directors of the both films never tried to elevate his strengths instead they had concentrated more on the story and overall movie. if he get chance to work under good director, I think no one will criticise his looks and acting skills.

I saw this movie with my fiance, couple of weeks back and I thought it was an OK kind of movie. But my fiance hated it so much, she is doubting my mental status and maturity levels. Frankly at least here in US, majority loathed this movie more so because the reviews are extrordinary and it takes considerable amount of time and money to watch a movie in theater. When we meet at weekend parties this movie comes up for discussion for sure, and I can say those who liked it , like me are so few we dare not open our mouth. General belief is, these are all paid reviews.
Sad, but that is the truth.

I�m writing this article with all disgust after watching Ye Maya Chesave in Prasad�s preview theatre at 9 AM on the

date of release and also after reading the so-called fucking reviews.



After watching the film, I understood that it will be disgusting for many and appeals for a set of youth audiences those

love story narration with class elements. On a whole I thought the film deserves just 2.75/5 maximum. But every film

critic has given 3.5 and more and that shocked me. I want to reveal certain facts in this connection.



I know what had happened that day. BA Raju, the Public Relations Officer of the film arranged that exclusive

show for Press and invited everyone. His main concern is with Idlebrain, greatandhra and telugucinema.

He told that if those three websites give hit rating, the film runs well in multiplexes for sure as it�s targeted for those audiences.

Initially he wanted to bribe them as well. But he is very sane. He takes out money only when things are worse and when a

particular eviewer acts stubborn. Hence he played a game. He arranged a few people in theatre to clap at certain scenes and also o

penly appreciate two to three scenes. Unfortunately I�m one among those 7 sages.



In the interval, Raju moved to every reviewer and asked opinion. When the reviewers Sirasree of greatandhra.com

and Jalapathy of telugucinema.com expressed �it�s just ok�, a person came to BA Raju with tears in eyes and said,

�sir, it�s emotional. Thank you for showing such a great movie for me although I�m not from Press�. Taking cue from that opinion,

Raju tried to influence reviewers saying, �It�s hit sir. No doubt. It will appeal only the people those like class love films�.

Both the reviewers kept a thoughtful expression. They are rechecking themselves. Raju is influencing them to lose their individuality.



Jeevi of idlebrain was an absentee for the show and that brought tensions for BA Raju. On the other hand, he doubted

if Sirasree and Jalapathy also put the movie upside down with below average rating. Then he instigated his infiltrators

inside the theatre to express kudos with more intensity. The infiltrators acted wonderful and they got succeeded in

psychologically influencing the reviewers to look an average movie as a hit one. Generally silence pervades in preview

theatre. There wouldn�t be any big laughs even for a top scene. But listening to this kudos, jalapathy wondered and turned

his head like a fool.



Sirasri said coming out from theatre �it�s good�. That made BA Raju confident. He thought Sirasri will give 3.25. And

Jalapathy said �very good�. BA Raju assumed he too will give 3.25 or more. So he decided that he need not influence

those two reviewers with money. That way he saved big money that was pulled out from producer in the name of bribes

for reviewers. Then he started enquiring about Jeevi, the missing elite reviewer whose reviews influence box office collections.

Fingers were crossed by BA Raju.



That was around 1:30 when Sirasree uploaded his review in greatandhra with 3.5 rating. Biggest fun is he changed his

reviewing style and wrote a big drama. I laughed reading at that. What made stupid sirasree feel such emotional to

write in that way for a nonsensical movie. I wondered it will be the only highest rating for the film. Within few moments

I looked at telugucinema and idiot jalapathy also gave 3.5. funny! An average film has got hit rating by two websites!!

I thought of calling those two reviewers with fucking abuses. But I cannot do that being the close friend of a person in

BA Raju�s team. Still, I tried to get jalapathy�s number and called him from PCO. He didn�t lift my call. I thought same

applies for sirasree also and hence didn�t try for his number at all. I kept a nasty mail for him to quench my pain.

Then I heard about jeevi�s rating at around 4:30. he watched 11 o clock show in a theatre outside. I got collapsed with shock.

That damn f----r gave 4/5. I didn�t enquire anyone how that happened. I kept quiet.



But I heard when my friend was talking to someone, that US distributors bribe the reviewers with 2500 USD for 0.25

Extra rating and 5000 USD for 0.5 extra as their collections are completely dependent on Ratings.



BA Raju was the happiest person in world that night. He enjoyed big party with all of us. He simply said, �if jeevi gives 4 then

there is nothing to think about the film. It�s a rocking hit�.



Yes, even you, gulte people (don�t know the name of your fuc�ng reviewer. you too gave 3.5. no individuality to your site�..i

thought gulte is the boldest site I have ever seen).



All other chamcha websites and blogs copied reviews from these sites and gave 3.5 and ratings madly.



This is the story of �3 Idiots� those played with the pockets and peace of thousands of film lovers. The people those watched

the movie looking at their ratings are holding their heads and coming out. The stupid film deserves just 2.75, I�m telling once again.

Guntur the movie is running with houseful collections in 3 theaters. Hyderabad sandhya Rs 35 lac gross in 4weeks, Viswanath -Rs 35 lac gross in 4 weeks. Ongole Rs 17 lac in 4 weeks. what acting skills r u taling about. If chai is not a good hero why geetha arts is planning a movie with him. Allu Aravind is not a fool he is pukka business man. Every hero has some special quality. Ramcharan Arjun and Jr NTR concentrates on dances Chaitanya is concentrating on acting dialogue delivery diction. He has boyish charm He has done extremely well in YMC. when u say nag is stupid hero then all heros are stupid becoz nag is only the hero who did wide variety of roles and could convince audinace. Audinace go to a particular hero's movie with particular expectation ( Chiru, Jr NTR RCT Arjun ) only for dances and fights you can not imagine these heros in subtle roles like Manmadhudu, Ninne pelladata, Santhosam YMC etc.,Same way You can not imagine Nag in roles like Gharana Mogudu, Rikshavodu Aadi, Simhadri etc., So cultivate the habit of enjoying movies.

by the way i want to kick nagarjuna for dumping his movies like kedi, beedi, don, bosco, badkov, king, bongu etc., and expect people to call him king etc., :D :D

so plz give some piece of advice to nag gang to stop bothering with such falthu movies. And ask him along with his gang to join some acting skool and learn some acting :)) [now competition is too high. otherwise his ymc lo iragadeesina hero son will become like udaykiran/aryan rajesh/raja ravindra etc.,]

If Vizag--Jagadamba collects 50 lakhs in 23 days, how come Hyd-Sandhya/Viswanath collected only 35 lakh in 28 days!

So can we say, it is a hit in Vizag and phut everywhare else.?
Also, due to agitation hardly any movie released in Dec-Feb period. So there wasn't much choice for viewers. This mught have generated some curiosity for YMC.

Frankly , from the figures that you mention, I don't see how this can be an universal hit.

Normally when a film collects super collections, all web sites are bombarded with collection figures and all that stuff. I didn't see information about collections anywhere.

If you can't see with your parents, who are obviousely more matured, then you can not call this movie good.

I saw this movie, even though many of my friends warned me. This movie is stupid, ridiculous and at snail pace.Hero is unbearable in closeups. In fact due to high expectation I guess, I didn't like Samantha much, though better than the hero.

i recently watched this movie, i read some people even watch twice i donot what is there to watch ?
