Adhurs audio launched
Dec 5, 2009 - 1:28:13 PM

Amidst tight security and anxiety, NTRs Adhurs music was launched in grand manner at Shilpa Kala Vedika on Saturday night (December 5, 2009). As TRS activists and pro-Telangana agitators took their agitation on to the roads and indulged in violence in Hyderabad, an air of fear surrounded the Shilpa Kala Vedika. But fans of NTR cheered when they saw their favorite star on the stage and enjoyed the ceremony which was held in entertaining manner.

The film is directed by V V Vinayak and produced by Vallabhaneni Vamsi and presented by Kodali Naani. Nayanatara and Sheela are the female lead while NTR plays dual role as a Brahmin pujari and a mafia don.  Devi Sri Prasad has scored the music.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, Dasari Narayana Rao, Mohan Babu, Rajamouli, Sreenu Vytla, Dil Raju, Brahmanandam, Ashwini Dutt, Meher Ramesh, Kona Venkat, Gunnam Gangaraju, and others graced the event.
Balakrishna unveiled the first audio CD and handed over it to Dasari while Mohan Babui unveiled the first audio cassette and gave it to Rajamouli.

Rajamouli said that the film has potential to break the records of Magadheera. Everyone is asking me whether Adhurs would set new records. I am sure that it will break many records including Magadheeras because it is coming in the combination of NTR and Vinayak. NTR will live up to his title -Young tiger, he said.

Balakrishna wished the team a great success and also complimented NTRs confidence and his hard work. Some thought Tarak would lag behind in the race as he met with accident but he is like tiger. When tiger roars to go, it takes a step back but indeed it is aiming for its target. Tarak is like that. I did a film with director Vinayak and noticed that showcases heroism in most dignified manner. I wish his success streak with Tarak continues as they have already delivered two hits together, Balayya wished.

V Vinayak said: NTR is like brother to me. When he met with accident, I was in state of shock. I prayed god for his recovery but look how fast he came back to the sets. Tarak is tough guy and achieves whatever he sets out for, that is why he has recovered so quick. Many people have doubts in their mind whether NTR could dance like before now. I will only tell them to watch this film to know the answer. Tarak plays two different roles in the movie.  One role any actor can play it but the other role is very unique and no here can do justice to that role except NTR.

NTR went emotional and thanked all his fans for praying for him and standing by his family during accident time. With all your support, my grandpas blessings and my baabayi Balakrishnas moral support today I am back here as I was before. I bow to all the fans for their support and blessings. Vinayak and I are not born to same mother but we are like blood-related family members. He knows me well and knows well how to show me on screen. I thank for his patience as the project got delayed for various reasons. My producers who are also like my family stood by this project despite it exceeded more than one and half year. I also thank Chota K Naidu for showing me handsomely and Devi Sri Prasad providing rocking music, NTR said.
