Megastar Chiranjeevi personally offered apologies to hero Rajashekar who hurt in an attack by the Chiru’s fans. Chiranjeevi came down to Rajashekar's residence at 11.am in the morning and waited for 45 minutes for Rajashekar to return from a news channel’s studio where he was explaining how the attack was happened.
"It is unfortune incident. I am shocked when I learnt it over the TV channels. Rajashekar is like my brother and I ask my fans not to resort to any violence on any person. I really felt sad and could not wait to meet him immediately when I came to know the attack. I thought I would never get peace of mind until I offer apologizes to Rajasekhar. Now that I did it, I am happy. I am really sorry," Chiranjeevi said.
Chiranjeevi also requested his fans to be restraint. "Anyone can voice his protest if his feelings are hurt by the remarks of someone else. Reaction from the fans is unnecessary and unfortunate. I disapprove of it and strongly condemn the incident."
Chiranjeevi refused to take any further questions from media on this issue and immediately left.
Jeevitha and Rajashekar responded. "He is a great hero. We appreciate his coming into politics or becoming a leader or the Chief Minister. But his fans should know that everyone ha a right to express their opinions and can differ from him. Chiru is a decent person and his fans should behave like that," Jeevita said.
