Thanks for the great Article. One small correction. His Last name is Gummaluru though some websites do use Gummaluri (both are accurate though Gummaluri is more well known).

"Gummaluru" was what Meer Abdulla gaaru also used in his e-mail about the sad news. However, Sree Sastry gaaru himself spelt it for me clearly earlier, after the interview was published. (At that time, we did not have easy options to re-edit a published article, IIRC.) His e-mail address is also spells "gummuluru...".

Gummaluru is a small village in West Godavari from which many brahmins moved and settled in US

Padamati sandhyaragam is one of the very few movies in my personal library and can watch at any time along with few old classics, viswanath & jandhyala movies.
