Samantha will join the shoot of auteur Manirathnam's new love story from February 11. She will be shooting for 10 days in this schedule and then will move on to her Telugu movies. Manirathnam has announced the film officially that introduces Karthik's son Gautham as hero. The film is titled
Kadal in Tamil meaning 'Sea'. Probably, it would be titled in Telugu as
Kadali.
Samantha said doing Manirathnam's movie is a dream come true. "Every actor in India nurtures dream of doing Mani sir's film. I am fortunate to get the chance so early in my career," she told the media recently after launching a Saree showroom in Hyderabad.
In Tollywood, Samantha is inching towards No.1 position as she has six films in her kitty this year.
