Sekhar Kammula might be dropping off his idea to remake
Happy Days in Hindi immediately. It is learnt that he is tentatively putting off the remake and go ahead with another Telugu film. Sekhar Kammula met recently Nagarjuna and the ‘romantic King’ is reportedly told the director to come up with a good story so that both of them ‘can work together immediately’. Nagarjuna openly expressed his wish to act under the direction of Kammula and has offered him blank dates for almost 10 months in 2009.
Sekhar, on the other hand, has not yet decided as to go ahead with Nag’s film or start another movie with a newcomer in Telugu. But it is almost certain that he won’t be directing
Happy Days in Hindi immediately.
Nagarjuna has not committed for any other movie in 2009. As he wants to devote to expansion of his studio - Annapurna Studios and look after the maiden film of his son Naga Chaitanya. So he is ready to Sekhar's movie who shoots very liesurely.
