Krishnudu's 'Amayakudu' launched in style

Krishnudu of Vinayakudu fame is back. He is now coming as Amayakudu. This new film in which he plays the title role was launched at Annapurna Studios on Sunday. Tamil actress Ananya is making debut opposite him. Actor Charan Raj and actress Raksha are doing important roles.

Bharati Ganesh is directing the movie in Telugu and Tamil while M Balamurugan, Anil S Nair and Sudharsan Sharma are jointly producing this film under Octagon Movies banner. Manikanta Khadri is scoring the music for this film and debutant Umashankar is handling the camera for this film. Speaking about the film, director Bharati Ganesh said: “The film’s story is influenced by my own thoughts, when I watched the film Vinayakudu. This flick is being made with new point and is mixed with sentiment and comedy. Ghatikachalam has written good dialogues for this film.”

Hero Krishnudu said: “I listened to about 50 scripts after Vinayakudu. I am very much impressed with this story when director narrated it to me. The title of this movie suits my face. The movie is being made with family oriented subject”.
