1. What was the reason that you vehemently and vigorously responded to Sri Satya Sai Baba’s statements about Division of the country, in general, and Andhra Pradesh, in particular? Are you a spokesperson for Telangana, or, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), or a newly self appointed harbinger for a Separate Telangana Movement? Before questioning Satya Sai Baba’s knowledge of Telangana’s problems, did you bother to know about those? Is it sensible about mentioning Flourosis problems in Nalgonda when you represent Nizamabad? Does it mean that Nizamabad doesn’t have any problems, or, you are not aware of them? Or. You think, you represent the Whole Telangana?

2. You advised senior Leaders of Congress (I) to recognize and realize their mistakes about Karimnagar Bye-election, and Telangana sentiments, after a BC Conference in Warangal. What was your contribution to the Karimnagar Bye-election, as a Cong (I) Lok Sabha Member, belonging to the Backward caste (BC)? Did you contribute financially, morally, physically, or socially? No evidence of any of your contribution for the election. What happened to your loyalty to Cong (I) and affinity to BCs, during the Karimnagar Election?

3. You instantly responded to Sri Satya Sai Baba’s opinion, that, he should confine himself to Religion, and not dabble in politics. Did you ever think who you are responding to? A person, liked or not liked, revered or reviled, respected or rejected, but, definitely, admired and adored, by lots of people, for all the help and human services he does through his organization. Before retaliating, have you bothered to compare your stature with his? What are your contributions in comparison to his? What is your following compared to his?

4. Now, you addressed a Public Meeting conducted by Revolutionary Poet Sri Gaddar in Palavancha, Khammam district, propaating for a Separate Telangana. Did you, in the recent past, conduct a single public meeting in your parliamentary constituency, about the demand for Separate Telangana? Why? And Why not? Are all press statements and participation in meetings not an attempt to just tag on to someone else’s popularity?

5. Is your information in the Financial documents filed with the Election Commission (as a part of your nomination papers), as a Congress (I) candidate for the Nizamabad Lok Sabha Elections, in 2004 true? Are you prepared to take a Lie Detector (Polygraph) Test to certify all the contents in the stamp papers on record are genuine?

6. Can you testify, before an independent committee, the details about how you managed to arrive in the USA? And publicize all the documents you submitted to the US Consulates in India, when you applied for a visa, the first and second time, to enter the USA? And, why your first application for a US visa was rejected?

7. * Now coming to the mystery of your Last Name. Was your Last name not “Yasaki”? And when it was, were not people known to you making fun by comparing it to “Kawasaki”? And then, it changed to “Yaskhi” when you applied for a Visa to enter the US, for the second time. And it remained “Yaskhi” all the time, till you relocated to India to become a Lok Sabha Member. Then it became “Yashki”, as we read in the media. Even your wife did not carry your last name when she was in the US for so many years? Can you explain why? Can you also explain why your last name changed from “Yasaki” to “Yaskhi” and then to “Yashki”? We have witnesses and evidence to prove why it changed, Do you have?

8. You claim to have academic qualifications of BA from Nizam College, LLB from Delhi University, and LLM from Osmania University. Very Impressive. When was the last time you spoke or wrote a complete paragraph of at least 7 lines in any language of your choice? Let’s have an independent panel of Academicians, Jurists, and Language teachers, and have you tested for your “so called talents”. Do you think you can come out clean? We have witnesses and evidence and witnesses who helped you get through the examinations to acquire those degrees. Do you have proof to disprove us?

9. Most of the people, who helped you all your life to be where you are now, are no more your friends. Why? Most of the people who were your business associates hate you now. Why? Most of your colleagues in your so called “Law Office” are not with you now. Why? We know why. Can you explain the reasons why?

10. After having operated an outfit by the name “International Legal & Trade Consultants” (ILTC) for several years in New York, USA, what prompted you to float a new firm by the name “Yaskhi, Ishar, Chow and Reddy” with 3 of them being licensed attorneys? How did the website become “YICRLAW.COM” now? And without the names of Chow and Reddy in the list of Attorneys? Did not the New York Supreme Court deliver a judgment that a non-attorney cannot share revenues with an attorney, in a case filed by your former colleague against you? What were the activities of ILTC and the later firm? Are the activities different, or the same? If they are the same, what is the need of floating a different firm?

The above are only a random sample of questions Madhu can be asked. There are many other questions he has to answer.

Our appeal to all political parties is not to make him their candidate for any election in the future, and, even if they do, because of his manipulations, our request to the voters of whichever constituency he contests, to defeat him for deception, and evil designs.
