Though the present scenario in the Telugu film industry is disgusting with most films getting flopped at the box office, films of Naresh could get good returns with hit talk. All the producers who took films with him are in the happy zone. The songs are really nice."

EVV Satyanarayana said: "Director of this film Vegesna Satish is a good writer. He wrote dialogues for seven of my films. He knows the importance of comedy. Dongala Bandi is going to be come a sure hit. I heard this story and got very much impressed. Actually, I thought of producing this film. But, I am happy that GSK Naidu took up this film."

Hero Naresh said: "I did Blade Babji for my friend and it became a hit. Coming to this film, director took a lot of care and treated the subject meticulously. Rajasekhar's music is extraordinary." Heroines Tanya and Malishka expressed their happiness being part of Tollywood and thanked the producer and director for the opportunity.
