Shooting of Puri's 'Golimaar' disrupted

Shooting of Golimaar was disrupted on Monday while the director Puri was filming at Rytu Bazar in Kukatpally in Hyderabad. Pro-Telangana protesters raised slogans against actor Roja, who is acting in the film, accusing her of working against the Telangana agitation and asked her to leave the place.

While local Telangana United Front led the protest, several local vegetable vendors joined them surrounding the film unit. As the agitators refused to listen to the film unit members trying to pacify them, director Puri Jagannath and actors Roja and Priyamani left the place. Meanwhile, the Kukatpally police rushed to the place and asked the film unit team to leave the place, as they did not secure permission.
