Legendary pop singer Michael Jackson is no more. He passed away last night at the age of 50 after he suffered a heart attack at his home in Holmby Hills, California, and failed to recover even after repeated resuscitation attempts.
He created history with the hugely popular album, Thriller (1982), which still holds the record of highest selling album that crossed sales of 10 million albums. Michael Jackson’s impact is also seen in Tollywood.
In most of early Chiranjeevi’s dances, later in Balakrishna, Venkatesh and Nagarjuna’s steps, you could see the influence of Jackson. In fact, choreographers like Prabhu Deva introduced break dances to Telugu film with the influence of Jackson. In films like Chiranjeevi’s Gangleader, Gentleman, the steps he composed are similar to the Jackson’s.
