'Rachcha' shoot called off in Kerala

The shooting of Ram Charan's
Rachcha was stopped at the Periyar Tiger Reserve (PTR) in Kerala on Friday (Feb 03, 2012). The film unit went to there to film a song on Ram Charan in tracks and Tamannah in skimpy dress at the misty lake in Reserve forest.
As the stars were ready for the shot, deputy director of the reserve forest Sanjay Kumar insisted that the actors don life jackets as they were venturing out in a boat but the director Sampath Nandi refused saying it would not look good on the pair wearing jackets for a romantic song. The officer said no to shoot without life jackets, so the shooting was immediately called off.
The film has music by Manisharma and it is being produced by Megasupergood Films.
