whats wrong in chiranjeevi's changing attitude after getting some success.

would the same producer even looked at chiru if chiru has flopped in a couple of movies?

its all about success. successfule people mingle with other successful people. thats the fact of life.

success is the only thing in film industry.if u fail ...be cool & silent with patiance and plan for other trails with possitive thinking. one day sun will rise for you only and that day one person comes to you to give super break.if you criticise others at your failures...that person forgets you when u critises anybody.

I don't think what Chiru did was wrong, I agree to the fact that if Chiru's films get flopped, would this producer give him a chance...sucess is the only thing that would matter in the industry and it's a business for producers and they are the ones who would get rich or become poor based on the films they make.

New Producers entering movie industry- NRI"s and local telugus in AP do not learn lesson from previous unsuccessful cheated producers.Industry is not bed of roses. Glamour and fame are shortlived.

NRI"s reading this article do not, do not invest in Movie industry. If you have fancy in sitting next to herione, fuck them straight, give money for 1 night and exit next day. Local Production managers will cheat NRI"s while making a movie. I have seen lots of NRI's getting cheated, getting diveroces and ruining their NRI careers.

Wake UP NRI"S invest in Realestate or Business not Movies.

more then anything this guy lost his money because of bad management and bad investment...he wrote that chiru took same renumeration like his heroines..defintely chiru might have felt bad when this guy was giving same money as radha but he didnot correct it and now blames chiru for that...maybe if he reconginzed his talent and gave more money to chiru then maybe he would have done more films with him..he want heros for less money and why they will like him after that?

he should be happy that all his burdens are done..

With Chiru he made huge money, every one from his place knows and he paid chiru peanuts.

Why can't Krishna, Ragavendra Rao, Mohan Babu, Sridev can help him? Why only Chiru.

Attitude is the only & must thing required for his sucess and Chiru has positive Attitude.

I really appreciate Sri Atluri for taking the cause of all veterans and giving an insight into the struggles and successes of these people. As usual the comments are also like other sites let me tell you telugu people cannot think beyond their castes, they will never grow, the village caste mentality will showcase the decline if quality of films which we have seen,Its time we grow and mature to accept people of all castes and religions and come onto the mainstream.Good work Sri, keep it up .I wnt you to interview K.KEshav Rao producer of gopal rao gari ammayi - one of my fave films

Mr. Ravi,

//Interesting points to note:

//Remunerations - 1982/1983

Krishna - 5 lacs
sobhan - 4 lacs//

You cleverly wrote 1982/1983
Remunerations but there is a lot of difference that you should know.

Prema Murthulu was released in April 1982 for which Shobhan has taken 4 lakhs and the film was committed way back in October 1981 at a time when he had flops. Krishna took 5 lakhs for Ramarajyamlo Bhimaraju which was released in July 1983 at a time when he had successes. In between Prema Murthulu and Ramarajyamlo Bhimaraju, Shobhan had hits like Devatha [which collected 1 crore (only NTR's few films and ANR's Premaabhishekam collected 1 crore at that time)], Swayamvaram, Prema Murthulu, Illaali Korikalu, Mundhadhugu, etc. So, If you want to compare the remunerations of Krishna and Shobhan, you have to compare the remuneration of Shobhan for films like Mugguru Monagallu, Thodu NEda, and Raja kumar which were released around the release time of Ramarajyamlo Bhimaraju.

- 1984/1985

Goondaa was committed before Khaidhi. So, chiru's remuneration was just 2.5 lakhs at that time. Goondaa was released in February 1984. Pacchani Kaapuram was released in September 1985. Between this period, Chiru had hits like Challenge, Adavi Donga, etc. and all his films irrespective of talk were commercial successes. If you want to compare the remuneration of Chiru, you have to compare the remuneration of Chiru for Adavi Donga. Just writing 1984/1985 is not enough.

If for Pacchani Kaapuram, Krishna has taken 8 lacs, Shobhan had taken 14.5 lakhs for Mugguru Mithrulu which was released just 7 weeks before Pacchani Kaapuram.

In Rajyalakshmi Banner among all hero films,

Only Shobhan's Pandanti Jeevitham had direct 100 days run in 4 centers and Prema Murthulu had one direct 100 days center.

Prema Murthulu is the only film to collect 6 lakhs in a single theater.

Only Shobhan's films Pandanti Jeevitham and Prema Murthulu had 10 or more direct 50 days centers.

Pandanti Jeevitham had 51 days run in Karim Nagar and had highest run in Karim Nagar for the year 1981 even surpassing Kondaveeti Simham's run of 41 days and Premaabhishekam's run of 40 days.

Vijay,

Nee maatalu nammala. Akkada producer cheppindhi nammala.

overall, the order in the 80's was

Krishna (till 1987 /88)
Sobhan (till 1986 /87)
Krishnam Raju (till 1986 / 87)
chiru
Suman

Also note that in general Krishna used to do 8-10 movies in an year and remuneration would have changed form film to film anyway.

what is the real benefit of analyzing how much heroes took in 70s 80s and 90s. one thing to note is that before the movie industry was corporatized (even now partially) most of money was given as cash which was unaccounted.

so whats the point in arguing over useless topic with unreal numbers?

Like many producers even Midde Rama Rama fell into the trap of ideology that big hero always sells. Till this day the truth is that good story with good music only sells. Since Midde Rama Rao ignored this fact and result is current situation.
