Collosus of a man. Even with the weight of his achievements, he comes off as a sincere soul. I hope this era produces a few ppl of his stature.

Thats so surprising that he did not get any Padma award.

Just an indication that Padma awards do not just fall on people's hands. People with connections, recommendations end up getting these. What a pathetic state Indian bureaucracy is in?

There are hordes of people who will cry/fast/do dharnas for Bharat Ratna for NTR...but not a soul who has even the remotest thought about giving a Padma award to the richly deserving Mr. Singeetham. Every tom dick and harry gets a padma award nowadays.. Singeetham must reject any recognition from govt from now on as protest...

May be he is above all awards just like Mahatma Gandhi never got any awards...

Aditya 369 was an excellent movie from his works. I feel aditya 369 has more creativity and excellent story line than magadheera.

radhagopalam is not singeetams movie. it is directed by bapu , story by mullapudi.

good interview but it is irritating at times when the movie name was missing.it didn't happen once ,it happened 5-6 times during the entire interview.
he is a great director with span of 4-5 generations but please dont expect us to know the name of the movie just from the banner ,director & hero's names, especially with such long span.
once interview is finished ,if the person misses something ,tc.com should fix it by putting it in brackets.
i admire ssr[singeethem] .he is like rajamouli of our times who is also pronounced as ssr.both had great dedication, did different projects & lot of experimentation.GOD bless him with more life & more experimental movies.
