One by one, all the stalwarts who were part of our everyday life are going. No one can ever fill the void they are leaving behind. Rest in peace beloved Gummadi garu.

he is part of the 4 pillars of good old telugu cinema--- ntr, anr, svr being the other three.

he has a huge family -- 5 daughters & 2 sons-- 4 in india & 2 in usa, 1 expired in usa.frankly speaking, he treats other people like his own family.
he was blessed with 13 grandkids, of which 12 are in usa. his eyes blink with joy when he speaks to them on phone, especially his last grandkid , gummadi venkatesh prasad, barely 3 yrs old.
he was always surrounded with friends , family & well wishers . his spotless well wishing mind drags them to him. he always does good to others-- even his enemies.
thanks to kaikala satyanarayana garu, giribabu garu, jayalalitha garu, chittibabu garu, saradhi garu-- who gave good company during his late stages & never let him feel alone.
also to mention a person who literally took extreme care of him during the past 12 yrs., his servant ramesh. he cant imagine a day without him.
finally his family showed utmost respect & love which made him survive all these years.
most people live like 2 types-- either as a swan for short time or like a crow for a long time.he lived his life like a swan for a long time.
i wish his soul to rest in peace & if he gets reborn to be reborn as gummadi again.
gutthi vankaya lanti kuraa , gummadi lanti natudu leru.

friends,

first of all, let us all deeply mourn the sad demise of the greatest and nicest actor of our tollywood.

i will tell u all something i heard few years before about an incident. gummadi had a land at chennai. it was adjacent to chiranjivi's land. chiru family occupied gummadi's land, becos they are aware that most of gummadi family members are settled in USA and he has no support. gummadi approached several film personalities to sort out the issue. every body knows that fault is at chiru side, but, no doby dared to go to chiru and argue on behalf of gummadi. then, gummadi approached mohan babu to help him out. mohan babu directed him to meet paritala ravi and settle the issue. gummadi approached paritala and paritala sent a message to chiru to vacate the land. chiru told him that pawan kalyan is looking after the house and asked paritala to approach pawan kalyan. when paritala sent a messenger that gummadi want to sort out the issue, pawan kalyan tried to attack the messenger of paritala. knowing this, paritala rushed to hyderabad and rest of the story all of us knows very well. that is the reason why neither chiru nor pawan gave any statement on the sad demise of gummadi.

but, any how, gummadi is a nice gentleman and maintained his status till the end of his life.

@raja

this is BS. he owned a land that went into trouble because it was occupied by the watchman. he lost part / complete portion of it , never went to any rowdy. he is a perfect gentleman, everyone knows that.
chiru made a statement ,he sent his wife, son, nagababu & his wife to view the deadbody.pawan is not showing his face to public since prp's colossal flop.
pls dont generate baseless rumors.
