Fidaa joins two million dollars' club

Sekhar Kammula's movie 'Fidaa' has achieved a rare distinction at ticket window. The film has joined the club of 2 million plus dollars at North American box office.

It won the hearts of all kind of audiences in all areas but its massive success in USA is very special. It has proved the adage again that content is very important than the star value.

'Fidaa' has crossed 2 million dollars on 12th August. The movie, a love story between an NRI and a rural Telangana girl, starred Varun Tej and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. The backdrop of the story, the sensible handling of the emotions, Telangana dialect, catchy music and the performances of ensemble cast have played major role in Sekhar Kammula movie's success. The director is back in much demand.
