Superstar Rajinikanth has been facing trolling from certain political parties since he made it clear that he would not float a political party. Rajinikanth said that he dropped the plans of entering into politics owing to his health issues.
If a health concern is a reason to abandon political plans, should he not avoid participating in the movie shoots? This is the question that his detractors have been raising. To silence them, the producers of his current film ‘Annaatthe’ have postponed the release plans.
The film will now release on November 4th. Directed by Siva, the film was scheduled to hit the screens in summer 2021. But Rajinikanth has now decided not to resume the shooting until the completion of the Tamilnadu assembly election process in the coming summer. This was the reason why the release date of ‘Annaatthe’ has been pushed to November 2021.
