Pragathi Mahavadi, a popular actress known for playing mother roles on screen, has slammed a section of the media for publishing false information about celebrities’ personal lives. Pragathi is set to marry a Telugu producer, according to a website of a prominent Telugu newspaper.
The report mentioned that the producer proposed to her and she readily accepted. Pragathi Mahavadi, who is in her late 40s, said seeing such baseless reports is disheartening.
She slammed the reports and urged the media to “be a little more responsible before publishing any news about anyone’s personal life.”
Pragathi Mahavadi is currently shooting for Ram Pothineni’s “Double iSmart” in Mumbai.
