Three years have passed since the release of ‘Saaho’. The film bombed big time in Telugu states. The film’s director Sujeeth is struggling to launch another film. Many stars rejected his stories. His attempts to direct a remake project are also not working.
Sujeeth was first considered for ‘Godfather’, the Telugu remake of ‘Lucifer’. But Megastar Chiranjeevi was not impressed with his narration. Tamil director Mohan Raja stepped in after Sujeeth was sent out from the project. And Mohan Raja directed ‘Godfather’ is all set to hit the theaters this Dasara.
Very recently, his name was associated with the Telugu remake of ‘Theri’ starring Pawan Kalyan. But Pawan Kalyan has shown no interest in the project. The actor-politician is in no mood to take up Harish Shankar’s ‘Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh’ due to his political commitments. So, how can he give time to ‘Theri’ remake?
